- Eligibility
By using BookRight.ng, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
- Services Offered
BookRight.ng provides users with:
• Access to hotel, apartment, and venue listings.
• The ability to make, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Customer support for inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Please note that BookRight.ng acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines). We do not own or operate these establishments.
- User Responsibilities
Users are required to:
• Provide accurate personal and payment details.
• Review all booking information before confirmation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of the service provider.
• Avoid misuse of the platform, including fraudulent reservations or false claims.
- Pricing and Payments
• All prices (in Naira)can be converted to other currencies on the website
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
• Payments can be made through approved payment methods available on our platform.
• You are responsible for any bank or payment gateway charges that may apply to your booking - Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is made and payment is received, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email or SMS.
This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation.

- Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Flexible Bookings:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Moderate Bookings:
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Note: Some properties may have their own cancellation policies. In such cases, the property’s policy will take precedence over BookRight.ng’s general policy.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
• Refunds apply only to cancellations made within the eligible timeframe (as stated above).
• Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds may be delayed due to banking or third-party processing timelines.
• Service or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
BookRight.ng reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine that a booking was made fraudulently or violated these Terms.
- Modifications and Rebookings
• Any request to modify an existing reservation (date, room type, guest name, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
• Changes are subject to availability and any price differences at the time of modification. - Liability Disclaimer
BookRight.ng acts only as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for:
• The quality, safety, or accuracy of information provided by service providers.
• Any injury, damage, loss, or delay resulting from your stay or booking.
• Errors in listings or information provided by third parties.
However, we will make every effort to ensure that all partners meet standard service quality expectations.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the BookRight.ng platform including text, logos, images, software, and design
is the property of BookRight.ng and protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BookRight.ng at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the platform or services
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.
